How to Add a Resident in the ADDA App?

It’s quick and easy! Just remember, they will get access to the app only after the community admin or management approves the request.


Method 1: From the Dashboard Shortcut

Step 1: Open the ADDA app.

Step 2: On the Home Dashboard, tap My Unit (second icon from the left at the bottom).

Step 3: On the My Unit page, tap the + icon in the bottom-right corner.

Step 4: Select Add Member.

Step 5: Enter the member’s details (name, email, mobile number, relationship, etc.).

Step 6: Tap Add to send the request.

Step 7: Once approved by the admin, the new member will get their login access.


Method 2: From the Members Tab

Step 1: Open the ADDA app and go to My Unit.

Step 2: At the top, you’ll see three tabs — Members, Pets, Vehicles.

Step 3: Tap Members.

Step 4: Tap the + icon at the bottom.

Step 5: Fill in the member’s details and tap Add.

Step 6: The request will go to the admin for approval
