How can members create a poll in the ADDA app?

Polls help the association collect opinions, take quick votes, and make community decisions easily within the app.

Steps to create a poll:

  1. Open your ADDA app.

  2. Tap Community (the third icon with the three-people symbol on the dashboard).

  3. Tap the + (Plus) icon at the bottom right corner.

  4. Select Poll.

Fill in the poll details:

  • Poll Topic – Enter the question or topic you want residents to vote on.

  • Visibility – Choose who can see the poll:

    • All Owners and Tenants

    • Only Owners

  • Question and Options – Add the question and voting options. You can add multiple options if needed.

  • Duration – Select how long the poll will remain active.

  • Voting Rules – Choose applicable rules such as:

    • Allow multiple votes

    • One vote per unit

    • Anonymous voting

After entering all details, tap Post to publish the poll.

Residents will then be able to see and participate in the poll from their app.
