How can residents access the ADDA App and the ADDA Resident Portal?

Residents can access their community information in two ways: through the ADDA Mobile App or the ADDA Resident Portal (web version). Both provide access to community features such as announcements, conversations, polls, community forms, and unit details.

Accessing the ADDA App

The ADDA App allows residents to access their community directly from their mobile phone.
Steps:

1. Download the ADDA App from the app store on your phone.
2. Once the app is installed, open the ADDA App.
3. Log in using the mobile number or email ID that is registered with your HOA, along with your password.

After logging in, you will be able to access community sections such as Home, My Unit, Community, Conversations, Polls, Announcements, and Community Forms.

Accessing the ADDA Resident Portal

The Resident Portal is the web version of ADDA and can be accessed through any internet browser on a computer or mobile device.
Steps:

1. Open your web browser and go to adda.io
2. On the homepage, click Login.
3. Enter your registered mobile number or email ID and password.

Once logged in, you will see the Resident Portal dashboard, which provides access to features similar to the mobile app.
