There’s an error on my account statement. What should I do?
If you notice an error on your account statement, don’t worry. Here’s how to get help quickly:
Open the ADDA app.
Go to HelpDesk.
Select Create a Ticket and describe the issue you’re seeing.
This will send your request directly to your HOA’s HelpDesk or HOA Board for review and action.
You can also contact your HOA Board or community management team directly if you need follow-up assistance.
